Damac Islands 2
DAMAC Islands 2 is the second phase of the recently launched DAMAC Islands master community in Dubailand. Building on the record-breaking success of the first phase, this “sequel” expansion introduces eight new tropical-themed clusters and is positioned as the community’s “Central Hub”.

While Phase 1 focused on destinations like the Maldives and Bali, DAMAC Islands 2 introduces a new set of island inspirations:
- New Island Clusters: Bahamas, Tahiti, Bermuda, Barbados, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius, and Antigua.
- Centralized Amenities: Phase 2 is built around the community’s major attractions, including the Aqua Dome (underwater dining) and the Wildlife Park, making it more walkable than Phase 1.
- Eco-Living Pillars: The design is guided by five sustainability pillars: Nature, Wellness, Adventure, Social, and Cultural.

- Unit Types: 4-bedroom townhouses, 5-bedroom villas, and exclusive 6-bedroom standalone villas.
- Starting Price: Approximately AED 2.75 million.
- Payment Plan: A typical 75/25 structure (20% down payment, 55% during construction, and 25% on completion) with 1% monthly installments.
